Booking conditions

 
- Bookings are made via the platform, by email or by telephone with the operator. A confirmation email is sent in response by the operator. Only reservations confirmed in writing (email) are taken into account.
- The reservation is only valid after receipt of the total amount defined for the night (s), at least 2 days before the night (s).
- As a result of the above, the reservation is considered final upon receipt of the payment and reservation confirmation emails, issued by the operator. In the case of a reservation by bank transfer, only the receipt of a valid proof of payment or the receipt of the full amount of the reservation in the bank account validates the reservation. In the meantime, the booked date (s) will still be available on the various platforms.
- Any balance due will be debited or paid in cash upon check out (balance + extras)

Cancellation


- In case of cancellation, reimbursement is excluded.

No reason for cancellation is valid unless written authorization is obtained from the operator.

- The modification of the reservation for a later date is organized as follows:
o The request is made at least 30 days before the initial reservation date: the modification is free of charge;
o The request is made between 29th And the 15th day before the initial reservation date: the modification is possible subject to the payment of a fixed sum of €100, payable in cash;
o The request is made less than 15 calendar days before the initial reservation date: the modification is no longer possible. The initial reservation is not refundable.

Depending on the availability and rates of the day, the additional amount of this modification may be charged to the customer.
